Leftfield have been confirmed as the headline act of the Relentless Boardmasters festival in this Watergate Bay, Newquay this summer.

The influential dance outfit – now essentially Neil Barnes solo – will play the Saturday night of the five-day Cornwall festival on August 8th.

Organiser Andrew Topham said of Leftfield: "After the success of Cypress Hill in 2009, and Groove Armada in 2008, we are really excited about bringing another legendary act to the festival this year.

“With the rest of the line-up soon to be announced, including a mix of the hottest names in contemporary music and crowd pleasing favourites, this year's Relentless Boardmasters in association with Vans could be the best yet."

Tickets for Relentless Boardmasters go on sale from 9am on March 12th.
