Velvet Revolver To Open On Led Zeppelin World Tour?18 марта 2008 года
 Velvet Revolver are the number one choice to open for Led Zeppelin, if the band announce a world tour, according to bassist Duff McKagan.
“I understand that we have it, although I imagine there will be plenty of bands prepared to kick and punch us out of the way for the privilege,” McKagan told Hotpress. Led Zeppelin have yet to confirm any future touring plans following their one off show at the O2 Arena last December. Frontman Robert Plant currently has commitments with the singer Alison Krauss which run until September. Led Zeppelin’s reunion caused hysteria among young and old fans when it was confirmed last year. Over 1 million people applied for just 9,000 pairs of tickets to the London show.
