Kings Of Leon frontman Caleb Followill has revealed just how disappointed the band are with their lack of American success.
"I'm sick of being big everywhere else," Followill told Rolling Stone. "For America to kind of turn its back on us is heartbreaking."
Despite achieving huge acclaim in the Europe, and especially the UK, the Nashville band have struggled in America.
To date, their three albums have sold than less than half of the 1.5million copies they've sold in the UK.
But Followill said the group expected their latest album 'Only By The Night' – which sold 80,000 copies on its first day of release in the UK – to bring them success Stateside.
"We had the time, so we wanted to go further with effects and stuff on this one. We all have full-on pedal boards now,” he said.
